Holistic physiotherapy adopts a biopsychosocial approach that focuses on the entire person rather than just their symptoms. It examines the biological and physical attributes to a person’s injury or chronic pain whilst appreciating that a person’s psychological and social health may have also been impacted and could be contributing to their ability to recover. It recognizes that pain is a complex experience that can be influenced by more than just physical damage or dysfunction, including stress, mental health, lifestyle, and environmental factors.

A Holistic Physiotherapy Assessment will Include:
